Our Election Symposium Conference will take place on November 1-3, 2023 in Washington, DC. The bulk of the conference will be held at the Kimpton Monaco Hotel (700 F Street NW Washington, DC 20004). For those staying with at the Kimpton Monaco, check in will begin at 3 PM ET on Wednesday, November 1st. The conference will begin with a reception at 6 PM ET that day and conclude at 12:30 PM ET on Friday, November 3rd. All participants staying at the hotel must check out by 12 PM ET on the final day of the conference. Please see the agenda for the conference below.

All Events During The Conference Will Be Conducted Under

Wednesday, November 1st (Dress Code: Business Casual, No Tie Required)

Afternoon: Conference participants arrive and check into Kimpton Hotel Monaco (700 F St NW, Washington, DC 20004).

5:30 PM: For those interested in walking to Capitol, meet in the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Lobby; approx. a 1-mile walk.

5:55 PM: Enter US Capitol through South Entrance (Independence Ave., across the street from Rayburn House Office Building); ID required to pass security; ask for Former Members reception in House Members Dining Room.

6:00-7:30 PM: Welcome reception in the US Capitol Building, House Members Dining Room in partnership with the US Capitol Historical Society and the Aspen Institute Congressional Program.

7:30-8:30 PM: After-hours VIP tour of Capitol through US Capitol Historical Society and accompanied by Former Members of Congress.

8:30-9:00 PM: Walk back to Kimpton Hotel Monaco.

9:00 PM: End of day’s formal program.
